The Planning and Lands Administrator (PLA) is responsible for two important activities of the municipality: community planning and land administration. This course is an introduction to Planning and Land Administration. Topics include The Evolution of Land Administration, Models of Land Ownership, Municipal Maps and Surveys, Community Planning, The Zoning Bylaw, Land Development and Site Planning, and Contracts.
