Tenders, Contracts and Proposals provides the knowledge necessary to manage and implement municipal contracts. Participants learn about the principles, standards and best practices of contracting, and work with actual documents used by Nunavut municipalities. Topics include the tendering process, proposals, contract administration, risk management, and ethics.
