Office Systems provides participants with an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a professional office administrator and introduces the skills, concepts and knowledge necessary to meet the needs of a municipal environment. Topics include: roles and responsibilities of the office administrator, professionalism in the workplace, maintaining office files and filing systems, using office equipment (phones, faxes, photocopiers and computers).
